“We visited Linda again today with our beloved Yorkshire Terrier, Ferbie, for another grooming session, and once again, we came away absolutely delighted. Linda’s love and genuine care for the pets she looks after really shines through. She is always so patient, gentle and affectionate with Ferbie, and it gives us tremendous peace of mind knowing that she is in such caring hands. Ferbie always comes home looking wonderful — and clearly very pleased with herself! 🐾❤️ We also have to mention Linda’s newly upgraded grooming studio. The new flooring looks fantastic and, as well as looking fabulous, it’s a really practical improvement for a busy grooming environment. It’s clear that Linda takes pride not only in her work, but also in creating a clean, comfortable and professional space for the pets in her care. And then came the lovely surprise! Linda very kindly gave us a beautiful cushion featuring Ferbie’s own picture. It was such a thoughtful and personal gift, and we absolutely love it. 🥰 It will have pride of place in our home. And as if that wasn’t enough, we were also sent home with some of Linda’s home-grown tomatoes! 🍅 Such a wonderfully kind and unexpected gesture. Linda, thank you for everything you do for Ferbie and for the genuine love and care you show to all the pets who come through your door. It’s clear that this is much more than just a business for you — you genuinely care about the animals entrusted to you. Getting on a bit at 13, our present old man loves going to see Linda, however he finds it hard nowadays to stand still for long enough to get the clipping done — age thing! Ozzy, the newest member of the family, is having issues because of an unfortunate bit of bad handling by someone who should have known better, but Linda has the patience and perseverance to work with him and get him tidy.
